About This Contest

The Prince Mahidol Award Conference (PMAC) has been bringing together global health experts since 2007 to address critical policy issues affecting communities worldwide. For PMAC 2026, we invite young artists to explore the theme "Navigating Global Demographic Transitions through Innovative Policy: An Equity-centered Approach."

What does this mean for young artists?

Our world is changing. Some countries have many older people, while others have lots of young people. People move between countries seeking better lives. Climate change affects everyone differently. Through art, we invite you to imagine a future. Your artwork can show what this better future looks like to you.

Who Can Participate ?

Open to all young artists worldwide!
  • Ages 8 and under
  • Ages 9-13
  • Ages 14-18
  • Ages 19+
Individual artists or groups of up to 3 members can participate.

How to Create Your Artwork

Format: Drawings & Paintings
  • Size: 45 x 45 cm (approximately 18 x 18 inches)
  • Medium: Any technique you like! Paintings, drawings, collage, prints, mixed media, etc.
  • Theme Inspiration: Show your vision of "Equal Dreams, Shared Futures"
Contest Rules & Guidelines
  • Your artwork must be original and your own creation
  • Must not infringe on others' copyrights
  • Submissions must be exclusive to PMAC at the time of submission and must not be submitted to other contests concurrently.
  • Cannot have been used for commercial purposes
Organizer Rights:
  • PMAC reserves the right to disqualify entries not meeting criteria
  • Judges' decisions are final
  • PMAC retains long-term rights to all submitted entries
  • Only winners need to send original artwork (instructions provided to winners)

How to Submit Your Artwork

All submissions must be online only – No postal mail accepted.

Step-by-Step Submission Process:
Step 1: Create Your Account
  1. Visit: www.pmac-2026.com
  2. Click on "PMAC World Art Contest"
  3. Create account with valid email address
  4. Receive username and password via email
Step 2: Upload Your Entry
  1. Log in to the submission system
  2. Complete your personal information
  3. Upload your artwork and required photos
  4. Receive confirmation email with Submission ID
What You Need to Submit:
Written Requirements:
  • Title of your artwork
  • Short description and inspiration (100 words maximum, in English)
Photo Requirements (3 photos total):
  • Front view of finished artwork (clear, well-lit photo showing entire piece)
  • Photo of you creating the artwork (shows the artistic process)
  • Photo of you with your finished artwork (artist and artwork together)
Technical Specifications:
  • File format: JPEG or PNG
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB per photo
  • Recommended resolution: 800 x 600 pixels

Important: Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
