Nyan Linn is a medical doctor and public health professional serving as Head of Programs at Dreamlopments Foundation in Thailand. He oversees two key projects: the Migrant Fund (M-FUND), a unique low-cost non-profit health access fund for migrants, stateless persons, and cross-border populations excluded from national health insurance schemes; and C-FREE, a community-based implementation research project of testing and treating Hepatitis C along with co-infections among people who use or inject drugs, their partners and other key populations. Before joining Dreamlopments, Nyan Linn worked with international and research organizations including UNAIDS, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and the Luxembourg Institute of Health, where he contributed to projects covering HIV testing, prevention, and service delivery, digital health, and other programmatic research. Earlier in his career, he worked with Population Services International in Myanmar, managing community-based tuberculosis programs and introducing digital innovations for treatment adherence monitoring. Nyan Linn holds an MBBS from the University of Medicine 2, Yangon, and an MPH in Epidemiology from the École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique (EHESP), France. With extensive experience in community-based health programs in low-resource settings, he currently oversees multi-provincial operations, program management, and partnerships with hospitals, local health authorities, and international agencies. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding M-FUND’s reach and advancing its financial sustainability through digital innovation, partnership engagement, and community-driven approaches.
