Prof Sara Khalid is Associate Professor of Health Informatics and Biomedical Data Sciences, University of Oxford. She is Head of the Planetary Health Informatics Lab and Senior Research Fellow in Machine Learning for Health at the Centre for Statistics in Medicine at the Botnar Research Centre, University of Oxford. Sara’s research explores digital technologies for leveraging large-scale real-world health and environment exposure data through privacy-preserving federated analytics frameworks, in order to further our understanding of disease and fill the gaps in global health inequities, using whole-exposome approaches.
