Dr. Viviane Oke is a medical doctor from Benin, social innovator, and founder of ELLES, a mobile app dedicated to women’s health and well-being in Francophone Africa through telemedicine. She is committed to advancing equitable access to healthcare by addressing sociocultural and economic barriers that disproportionately affect women and adolescents.
Her work spans maternal and child health, mental health awareness, and cancer prevention, with a strong focus on leveraging digital solutions to strengthen health systems in West Africa. UNICEF Youth Advocate and former President of the Medical Students’ Association of Cotonou, she has led impactful youth and community health initiatives and advocates for gender-sensitive health policies.
In 2025, she was recognized among the 10 impactful women leaders in Benin with the Amazone Award.
